This website
The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The planner keeps your plan in this browser (local storage) until you delete it, and opens WhatsApp or your own email app with the plan written in. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the catalog and prices, the bed plans you prepare, saved plans and the ways the app hands a plan to you to send.

The products and prices in the app
The products, prices, specifications and pictures are part of the app, copied from the store published at akrotexcolchones.com. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

The bed plan you prepare
A bed plan holds its name, the city or barrio for delivery, each bed with its room label, size, sleepers and the products you choose, the access details, a preferred delivery day and window, your payment preference and the estimate. Plans stay on your phone.

Sleepers, weight bands and firmness
For each bed you may add a nickname, a weight band and a firmness preference for up to two sleepers. All of them are optional. The weight band is only compared with the capacity Akro Tex publishes; the app gives no health advice.
Use a nickname such as “Me” or “Guest” if you prefer not to write names.

Access and delivery details
The floor, whether there is an elevator, the type of stairs and the narrowest width you measure help Akro Tex plan the delivery. The address note is optional; you may leave the exact address for the WhatsApp conversation.

Payment preference
The plan records whether you prefer cash on delivery or Plan Separe and shows the deposit and the balance. The app takes no payment and checks no credit.

Your name and contact details
To let Akro Tex reply, a plan can include your name and a phone number. You type them yourself and they are optional.

Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a plan by WhatsApp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the plan written in a message to the Akro Tex ordering line. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Sending a plan by email
When you choose Email, the app shows the recipient, the subject and the text, then opens your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calling us, copying and sharing
Call opens your phone app with the Akro Tex number filled in; a call does not transmit the plan, so the summary stays on screen with a copy button. Copy puts the plan on the clipboard and Share opens the Android share sheet.

How we use a plan you send
A plan you send reaches Akro Tex through the channel you used. Akro Tex uses it to reply about availability, manufacturing, delivery and the final value.
Ask Akro Tex directly how long it keeps messages and plans.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete saved plans at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting a plan does not cancel anything you already sent.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask AKROTEX COLCHONES S.A.S to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to contabilidad.akrotexcolchones@gmail.com.

Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
