No. The plan is a request. Akro Tex replies on WhatsApp to confirm availability, manufacturing, the delivery day and the final value.
02Where do the prices come from?
From the products published on akrotexcolchones.com on 8 October 2026. A saved plan keeps its prices until you choose to update them.
03What does the weight band do?
It compares the band with the capacity per person that Akro Tex publishes for each mattress. It is a product specification, not health advice.
04What is a combo?
A mattress and a divided base, or a headboard and a base, sold together at a published price. The plan uses it when it costs less than the separate prices.
05Can I choose the headboard colour?
Yes. Write the colour you want; it is defined when Akro Tex confirms the order. Headboards take 5 to 8 business days and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
06Why can’t I choose a weekend or a holiday?
Akro Tex dispatches Monday to Friday, and not on Colombian public holidays. The date in the plan is a preference that Akro Tex confirms.
07How does Plan Separe work?
You reserve with a 20 % deposit and pay the balance within 60, 90 or 120 days depending on the amount. No changes after the first payment; the deposit is lost if the balance is not paid.
08Is delivery free?
In Ibagué the store states free delivery. Elsewhere in Colombia the shipping cost is confirmed by Akro Tex and is not in the estimate.
09Where is my plan saved in the app?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
10Where does the website planner keep my plan?
In this browser only (local storage), until you delete it or clear the browser’s data. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app.
11Does the website use the same prices as the app?
Yes. The website and the Akro Tex Bed Plan app read the same catalog (akrotex-web-2026-10-08) and use the same rules.
